DIMENSION2 is published in three issues per volume. A one volme subscription is US $50.00 for individuals and US $60.00 for institutions. Prices include handling and domestic shipping. For subscriptions per volume outside the United States please add US $18.00 (Canada and Mexico) or US $36.00 (all other international) per volume for additional handling and shipping.

An individual copy of a single issue is US $30.00; a double issue is US $60.00 for shipping within the United States. For purchases of individual copies in Texas, please add 8.25% sales tax.
