PEINTNER, Max
Max Peintner was born in 1937. A a painter, he has participated in several international events including Documenta 6 (1977) in Darmstadt, Germany, and the Biennale (1986) in Venice, Italy. As as writer and painter, it is his declared goal to achieve the fusion of writing and the fine arts. The texts printed in Vol. 3 No. 1 are excerpted from his most recent publication, Krieg nach dem Sieg [War after Victory]; they prove his keen eye in observing the human condition.
