- OSTERMEIER, Albert
- Albert Ostermeier was born in 1967 in Munich, where he also lives. He writes poetry, prose, and drama. His play, Zwischen zwei Feuern [Between Two Fires], was published in 1993 in book form and performed on stage at the Bayerisches Staatsschauspiel [Bavarian State Theater] in 1995 as well as in Kiev in Russian translation later the same year. He is working on several theater projects including a stage version of Goethe's Elective Affinities for production at the Nationaltheater Weimar in May 1997.
