Dimension2: Contemporary German-Language Literature

HOCHGATTERER, Paulus
Paulus Hochgatterer, born in 1961, has won various literary awards, including the Max-von-der-Grün Prize in 1991 and the Hans-Weigel Stipend. He practices psychiatry in Vienna, a fact which explains the sense of immediate reality in his story, "Die letzten Arbeitstage des Herrn Klein," taken from his most recent publication, Die Nystensche Regel.

Die letzten Arbeitstage des Herrn Klein (Mr. Klein's Last Working Days ) from Die Nystensche Regel: Vol. 3, No. 1
