NOLL, Ingrid
Ingrid Noll, born in Shanghai in 1935, started writing at a young age. She studied German literature and art history in Bonn. She has published several novels with Diogenes publishing house; in the interview in Volume 4, Number 1, Daniel Keel tells how she became a Diogenes author. Her books sell well so that her latest novel, Kalt ist der Abendhauch , was published with a first run of 100,000 copies.
